The name comes from Scottish Gaelic for "delicious" — a standard Blasta says it holds every beer to. What began with a Christmas gift in 2015 and a European tasting trip became a Burswood brewery and gastrobrewery with award-winning house beers on tap. The Beerhall format pairs the brewing operation with a full kitchen, making it a longer stop than most.
