A brewery down the back of a Stapylton industrial estate, named for the six carbon atoms framing every beer sugar — the literalism is the point. The owner spent decades building hospital data systems — everything right every time — and brought that intolerance for variance to the tank room. Head brewer Reece Richards (Helios, then 4 Hearts) runs the floor. Everything's brewed and canned on-site, no contract brewing: a Carbon Dry lager built to return to, looser limited releases from hazy IPAs to a tropical white stout.
