David Boon and Hayley Creamer have run Dolphin Wild Island Cruises out of Newport Marina on Brisbane's Redcliffe Peninsula for over 30 years on the catamaran Supercat. The day trip crosses Moreton Bay to Mulgumpin (Moreton Island) for a guided snorkel through the Tangalooma Wrecks — fifteen deliberately scuttled hulls now holding one of southeast Queensland's better near-shore reef communities — and beach time on the western shore. Dugong, dolphin and turtle sightings across the crossing. The vessel doubles as a Master 45 commercial maritime training platform for Sea School International. Quandamooka country.
