Deep Earth Ceramics

Sally works from a studio at Stackwood in Fremantle, making wheel-thrown and hand-built pieces in dark stoneware. The work draws on coastal WA — ocean horizons, granite boulders, moody skies — and is built for daily use rather than display. Functional, unsentimental, and clearly made by someone who has been thinking about clay since she was five.
