Four friends — Will Irving, Scott Player, James Pedlow and Steve Finney — opened this brewery in Byford in May 2023. The beers lean hop-driven or malt-forward depending on the pour. A second venue followed in Subiaco in late 2024, then canned releases in early 2025. Still young, but moving fast, and the suburban location hasn't slowed the ambition.
