Two vineyards merged into one estate on a steep clay-loam hillside in Coldstream, the family blocks sitting at elevations comparable to Chablis Grand Cru. The sweeping curved building — high ceilings, rolling-hill sightlines — houses both cellar door and restaurant. A truffle grove borders the homestead. The wines are estate-grown; the architecture was clearly not an afterthought.
