Husband-and-wife team Chris and Jess Carins launched Little Rivers in 2013, drawing brewing water from the Forester River as it filters through Mount Scott's rock formations. Chris came up via Pipers Brook Vineyard and Burleigh Brewing Co. The range runs from the gold-winning Summer Haze to the new MIDDY — a tropical, pineapple-forward haze — brewed without preservatives or additives.
