Behind a red door on Harrington Street in central Hobart, fitted out as a 1920s speakeasy — Chesterfield lounges, booth seating, low light. Live music runs four nights a week, mostly jazz but also folk, indie and hip-hop, and the jazz jam led by the house band is now in its eighth year, the longest-running in Hobart. It programs through Dark Mofo. One of the last rooms in town built around the band, not the bar.
