1909년부터 루더글렌의 포도원을 경작해온 코필드 가문의 4대째가 현재 활동 중이다. 1990년 아버지 맥스가 설립한 와이너리는 지금 대미앙이 운영하고 있으며, 몬펠리에에서 훈련받고 포르투갈과 피에몬테의 라 스피네타에서 4년간 경험을 쌓은 수석 와인메이커 피터 벌크스가 전통 방식의 스파클링과 지역 화이트, 레드, 포티파이드 와인으로 구성된 라인업을 이끌고 있다. 바로 옆에는 레스토랑 쿼츠 큐이진이 자리해 있다.
