The company produces ricotta, mozzarella, fetta, parmesan, provole, romano, haloumi, stracchino, and fresh farm cheese. All products are emphasised as all-natural. The site includes recipes for cheesecakes, mousses, and savoury dishes. Open daily 7am–6pm.
