Woodstock makes its chocolates by hand at the back of a shop on the main street of Milton, on the New South Wales South Coast. The base is Callebaut Belgian couverture, but the flavours lean local: honeycomb made with Pointer Mountain honey, Buderim ginger, Australian freeze-dried fruit through the barks. The range runs to hand-dipped chocolates, truffles, rocky road built on house-made marshmallow, and nut clusters, with gelato and hot chocolate over the counter. You can box a selection yourself or have it shipped.
