Beletti occupies a corner of Lonsdale Street's retail strip in central Dandenong, serving espresso, breakfast and Italian dishes from morning through evening. The fitout is spare and bright—concrete, timber, white walls—with street-facing windows. The menu stays tight: pappardelle with beef ragù, tiramisu, crème brûlée, a chocolate dome. Robert and Vera, who runs the kitchen, take walk-ins and catering bookings from a neighbourhood that has shifted markedly over the past decade.
