On a back road west of Coffs Harbour, backing onto state forest, this chemical-free blueberry farm runs on trust: pickers take a supplied bucket into the rows, fill it, weigh it and leave cash by the honesty box, no staff required. It opens daily through the summer picking season, roughly mid-December to mid-February, for as long as the bushes keep producing, and doubles as an informal children's outing — there are turtles to feed and horses to pat between rows. The family also sells its own raw honey and garlic from the property. Campers can stay on too, with sites bookable through Hipcamp for those who'd rather linger in the valley than drive back to the coast. It's an unpolished, working blueberry patch rather than a farm-tourism operation with a cafe and gift shop, which is much of its appeal for locals who return year after year.
