Among rolling hills, vineyards and native bush at Mintaro in the Clare Valley, roughly an hour and three-quarters north of Adelaide, three off-grid cabins make up this CABN cluster. Minnie sleeps two to three beneath a lofted king bed; Sadie and Lily each take small groups. All are self-contained and architectural, with indoor fireplaces, private bathrooms, stovetops, Weber Q grills and vineyard views. The Riesling Trail, cellar doors and historic Clare towns are the reason to leave the deck.
