On the water at Wagonga Inlet near Narooma, part of a marine sanctuary, four self-catering cottages sit within a farm edged by remnant rainforest and bellbirds. Every cottage is built step-free, with ramps on gentle grades throughout, making the property genuinely accessible; power comes from a 10kW solar array, hot water from the sun, and drinking water from the rain. Cottages sleep up to six, with full kitchens, reverse-cycle air and inlet views. A recreation hall is free for guests to use.
