A Hobart chocolate maker of more than thirty years, taken over by Maurice and Helen Curtis in 2014, working across dark, milk, white and ruby bars plus pralines and boxed chocolates. There's a factory to visit with chocolate-making classes and tastings, and the stall trades at Salamanca Market on Saturdays.
