Felicity Northeast hand-makes bespoke couture millinery using traditional techniques — race hats, fascinators, bridal headwear and fashion headpieces — from two Victorian studios, one at Mount Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula and one in Fitzroy. She works by appointment, in person at either studio or remotely by video, email or phone, shaping each piece to the client and the occasion it's being made for.
