Gnoccheria

The retail arm of Take me home, a family pasta business begun in 2005 to family recipes, and run for close to twenty years by husband-and-wife team Trent and Felicity. Opened in 2019, the shop centres on freshly made gnocchi, alongside fresh pastas, lasagnes, pizza bases and sauces made in Coburg. The family traces its cooking to the Campania and Puglia regions of Italy, and some ingredients — including the basil and tomatoes for their passata — come from Lena and Ralph's organic farm on volcanic red soil at Thorpdale, in the hills of Gippsland. The range extends to gluten-free, vegan and organic.
