Set on Barossa Valley Way at Rowland Flat, this dining room opened in 2015 to bring casual, communal eating to a region better known for cellar doors. The kitchen leans Mediterranean and Middle Eastern, building plates around vegetables, meat and grains grown across the surrounding valley. Its signature is the shared "Feed Me Like a Barossan" menu, where executive chef Zak sends out whatever the kitchen is cooking from that week's produce. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the vineyards, and a courtyard sits among the vines and old gums. Lunch runs seven days, with dinner on Saturday evenings. It trades on produce and place rather than fuss, and reads as a proper sit-down stop between tastings in the heart of the Barossa.
