五十年来致力于将工作室转变为培训基地：JamFactory的阿德莱德基地提供为期两年的陶艺、玻璃、家具和珠宝金属工艺副学士课程。观看艺术家的创作过程，随后在商店购买作品——每一次购买都为下一代艺术家提供资金。2013年在巴罗莎建立的分支位于Seppeltsfield的翻新马厩内，另外还提供刀具制作和帽饰工艺课程。
