Kim Fletcher has worked as a milliner from a studio at 521 Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick since 1993. She makes hats by hand using traditional blocking and construction methods. Horse racing forms a recurring visual reference in her designs. Her work has been exhibited internationally including in Dubai, England, Ireland, Japan and Hong Kong.
