A 100% Aboriginal-owned and -operated family business run by brothers Linc and Brandon Walker on their traditional Kuku Yalanji sea country at Cooya Beach, going since 1999. The walk moves across beach, mudflat and mangrove, where you learn to throw a spear, hunt while stalking and observing wildlife, and read the plants used for food and medicine. Catch something on the traditional spear-hunting activity and there is a cook-up. It is described as one of the longest-running authentic Indigenous experiences in Far North Queensland.
