Scenic helicopter flights range over Kakadu's waterfalls, floodplains and escarpment from Territory bases including Jabiru, Katherine and Darwin, run by a long-established charter and aerial-work company. The line-up spans short hops to waterfall circuits and heli-fishing, drawing on a large fleet of Robinson and Bell machines. Country here shifts hard with the seasons, and the flights open a view of the wetlands and stone plateaus that's hard to grasp from the ground.
