A Fleurieu maker of handcrafted ice blocks built almost entirely from real fruit and local seasonal produce, plant-based and free of the usual allergens. Found most Saturdays at the Willunga Farmers Market, and stocked for years by the local IGA, it is a small, seasonal operation through and through.
