Frozen Sunshine makes plant-based ice blocks on the Sunshine Coast, built on organic coconut milk and real fruit, and free from dairy, gluten and nuts. Flavours run from dark chocolate with sea salt to mango swirl, coconut ginger, salted caramel and watermelon lime, sold in full and 50mL bite sizes. The blocks reach freezers through stockists including White's IGA.
