Started in 2010 with the stated aim of bringing Brisbane the best ramen in the country, which is the sort of thing people say and then have to live with. Four shops now, every component made in house, recipes still being changed. They sell home packs if you want to build a bowl yourself, and they buy on animal welfare rather than on price.
