Gina and Kosta cook Greek and Mediterranean out of a set of renovated horse stables across from the Malmsbury botanic gardens. The wood oven does the pizzas and, on banquet days, a lamb on the spit or a baby goat. Vegetables come off their own garden and the honey on the breakfast yoghurt comes from their own bees. The moussaka is the one they are known for.
