A family orchard in the Barossa where the fruit is tree-ripened, then cut, dried and packed on site, with apricots and peaches through summer and pears and apples into autumn. More than fifty years on from the first plantings, the dried fruit still turns up every Saturday at the Barossa Farmers Market.
