Uncle Rick'sWaaman Tours

Cultural tours directed, operated and guided by Uncle Rick Nelson, a revered Jaara Elder and Traditional Owner, on Jaara Country around Castlemaine. Walks take in significant sites and scar trees, ancestral stories, smoking ceremonies and a taste of bush tucker, offered as authentic immersion into living Jaara culture. Tours depart from the Castlemaine Visitor Information Centre and are supported by the Nalderun social enterprise.
