An owner-baked operation in the Macedon Ranges run by Kate and Alex, a husband-and-wife team who once had a sourdough kitchen in Melbourne's inner west before a tree-change to Woodend. Sourdough, pastries and cakes made with seasonal ingredients are sold through a local pop-up and the region's farmers' markets by the very people who bake them.
