Beaujolais Wine Dinner

Beaujolais Nouveau is always the first French wine of a vintage. The release of the new wine happens traditionally on the 3rd Thursday of November. While we can’t get it in time to drink tonight, we still celebrate the Gamay grape on this day. Beaujolais has come a long way in establishing a reputation well beyond being the little brother of Burgundy. Expect some serious wines!
