Bev Harris opened this Campbell Parade bottle shop on her own birthday, December 23rd 1992, and ran it for almost thirty years before handing the keys to her son Stephen in April 2022. The handover kept it in the family and folded the shop into Stephen's small Neighbourhood Cellars group, though it still trades under its own name and keeps its own following among North Bondi locals. The range leans toward the unusual — durif, nebbiolo and viognier sit among the Australian and imported bottles — alongside a well-regarded craft beer selection and the spirits and champagne that keep beachside entertaining supplied. The friendly, knowledgeable service Bev built a reputation on over three decades has carried through the change of ownership. It's the kind of shop that outlasts the cafes and boutiques turning over around it on Campbell Parade. Open seven days, later on weekends, for the last-minute bottle on the way to North Bondi's beaches and headlands.
