Ed Cutcliffe started The Little Marionette as a hole-in-the-wall café in the inner west in 2010; fifteen years on it's one of Australia's better-known specialty roasters, with sister roasteries in the US, UK and France. The beans are still roasted by hand on a vintage Probat at the Rozelle roastery, where the Tasting Room espresso bar and an adjoining bakery sit alongside. Numbered house blends, small-batch single origins, the odd Gesha.
