Dainty on Toorak is Australia's only Sichuan restaurant to receive a hat from The Age Good Food Guide (2025–2026). Operating since 2003, it has earned endorsements from Anthony Bourdain and David Chang. The kitchen specialises in authentic Sichuan flavours, from fiery mala dishes to refined non-spicy options.
