Boat dives off the Tasman Peninsula head out from Eaglehawk Neck to some of Tasmania's signature underwater sites, from fur-seal colonies and weedy seadragons to the wreck of the Nord and the caves, canyons and sponge gardens of the sheer dolerite coast. The centre runs dive trips, PADI courses and Discover Scuba sessions, hires gear and fills air, and offers on-site accommodation. It also leads a giant-kelp restoration program, with a dedicated specialty course and internships aimed at reviving the peninsula's kelp forests.
