What started as a side project at a Hobart café in 2014 has grown into a dedicated gluten-free bakery supplying across Tasmania. The Sunderland Street shopfront in Moonah turns out seedy loaves, brioche, jam doughnuts, pretzels and cheese twists — all gluten-free, many vegan — alongside Lottie Lane coffee, Monday through Sunday.
