Wallabies and wombats graze the grounds, and coastal and bush trails run from the door. The Mount Paul Lounge pairs Japanese-inspired cooking with Tasmanian seafood and Wagyu. It suits walkers and travellers after wilderness and long sightlines rather than a busy resort.
