Thirty-five independently owned stalls trade under one roof here, inside a former aircraft hangar relocated from Brisbane to Uralla in the 1950s and reopened as a shopping collective in December 2018. The mix runs from antiques and collectables to handmade goods, one-off furniture, clothing and gifts, with an emphasis on the unusual rather than the mass-produced. Because each stall is run by a different vendor, the character shifts from one corner to the next, and the stock changes constantly. Open seven days in a town that trades on its independent shops, it has become one of Uralla's main retail draws and a fixture on the New England touring route, occasionally hosting community events and fundraisers in the cavernous hangar space.
