Handmade brick, 1905, built as the Central Hotel — the oldest of Barraba's four pubs and for decades the town's top one. Tooth's brewery modernised it in 1955, at the height of the wool boom. In 2007 the disused pool hall became an 80-seat theatre, fitted with restored seating from around 1905. Eight ensuite rooms upstairs, pressed cotton sheets, a vine-covered courtyard, and the espresso machine always on.
