Merchants of Nonsense is a two-person illustration studio in Bondi run by J and K, best known for hand-drawn pictorial maps of Australian neighbourhoods, cities and states, alongside world and custom maps. The same illustrations carry across a range of locally produced, limited-edition paper goods: calendars, jigsaws, tea towels, bags, notebooks, cards and prints, much of it drawing on Australian animals, landscapes and local culture. They sell online and through pop-up stalls.
