The O'Hara family took on a Pyrenees vineyard in 2018, planted in 1990 but left quiet for over a decade, and revived the wines the year after. They work it low-intervention: wild yeast ferments, few additions, filtered only at bottling. Reds lead the range, but it was the Sauvignon Blanc Fumé that took Australian Sauvignon Blanc Winery of the Year in 2019. The name comes from beeric, the Dja Dja Wurrung word for the tiger quoll.
