Completed in 1942, the Murtoa Stick Shed is the only surviving emergency grain store built during the Second World War, and the 101st entry on Australia's National Heritage List. Its unmilled timber poles and central aisle rise toward a roof lit by skylights, earning it the name Cathedral of the Wimmera. Open seven days, 10am to 3pm.
