4대에 걸친 양과 소 목축업자 출신의 포도주 양조자 스미베르트 가족은 이제 쿠나와라의 두 곳에 80헥타르에 걸쳐 관리하고 있다. 디스유즈드 철로를 따라 이어지는 VA 레인 포도원과 리도크 하이웨이의 맥크레 포도원이다. 2017년 개장한 셀러 도어는 포도원을 내려다본다. 휘슬 포스트는 여전히 옛 선로를 따라 서있다.
