Ex-commercial pilot Stuart Martin named the brewery after the first plane he ever flew. The beers — Mid Lager, Rice Lager, Pale Ale, IPA, Ginger Beer, Apple Cider — are brewed using entirely Australian ingredients. Find them on Newmarket Road in Wilston, or on tap at the local hockey and soccer clubs down the road.
