The Grange has been a working sheep property since 1823 — Charles Darwin passed through, Brett Whiteley too. Now the Jones family runs 400 acres alongside the Fish River and makes gin and whisky from it. Toby farms, Nick distils, Sue runs the cellar door, Alice handles the story. The history does the heavy lifting; the spirits are still finding their feet.
