A gin distillery on the edge of Bridgetown, run by Rachel and Peter, who distil on site using south-west indigenous botanicals such as desert lime and bush berry, alongside a vodka and a shiraz gin. The cellar door is a converted barn among the marri, reached by an orchard path and looking out to the Blackwood River, open Friday to Sunday. Ten per cent of profits goes to black cockatoo conservation.
