Carved out of a car park beside the Hougoumont Hotel, this shipping-container nano-brewery takes its name from a line in a poem John Boyle O'Reilly wrote aboard the last convict ship to Australia in 1868. The outdoor courtyard on Bannister Street opens at four, with house-brewed beer, a DJ spinning country and rhythm, and no particular reason to leave.
