Fossey's Distillery runs this Lygon Street room, where the menu pivots entirely to Indian small plates — regional dishes built for sharing, with spicing that ranges from bold to barely-there. The tapas format means ordering widely is the point. It's an odd pairing, distillery and subcontinent, but the combination is specific enough to be worth the detour.
