Andreas trained as a chemical engineer before trading it for vine rows in Heathcote's Toolleen district. He and his wife Henni — a former dentist from Indonesia — named the winery Asmara, the Indonesian word for love. The cellar door is open daily, with free tastings and distillery tours.
