The Hastings region's oldest timber homestead — built in 1862, still standing on the Oxley Highway — is run entirely by volunteers and open just three days a week. Six wine varieties, made from handpicked grapes, are poured alongside cheese plates in the restored grounds. Tour the museum, stay for a glass. Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 3pm.
