The counter is built around cheese, French and Dutch imports alongside Australian makers, with Floridia ricotta, marinated olives and fresh smallgoods from Bertocchi, Barkly Smokehouse and Don. Beyond the deli case there are pantry goods, made-to-order hampers, catering and a cafe side pouring coffee and serving lunch. It functions as Shepparton's European-style providore, the sort of place locals rely on for ingredients that would otherwise mean a trip to Melbourne. Independently owned, it trades on the owner's reputation for service as much as on what fills its shelves.
